Resize and Rename

I purchased this program for two uses only:

- Photos taken with my iPhone are way larger than they need to be, esp. when emailing. Most casual snapshots I like to keep at under 1 MB. This program allowed me to take a group of photos and resize them all to be, say, 2000 pixels on the longer side, allowing me to resize mixed landscape and portrait photos (use the “Fit to Rectangle” option, specify the same values for the height and width, e.g., 2000 pixels).

- Photos taken on vacation typically result in alot of photos with non-descriptive names. I can rename the photos by adding fixed text (e.g., “Boston_”), sequential numbering, and incorporate the original file name, among other things.

I really haven’t explored the other options, however, these two functions work great!
